Kansai Nerolac: KMP Authorized for Materiality & Disclosures from Dec 1, 2026

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd has intimated the details of Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) authorized for determining the materiality of events or information and for making disclosures to stock exchanges. Effective December 1, 2026, Mr. Pravin D. Chaudhari (Managing Director) and either Mr. Yash Ahuja (Chief Financial Officer) or Ms. Rukmini Subramanian (Company Secretary) will jointly hold this authority for materiality determination. For disclosures, any one of these three individuals will be authorized. This supersedes previous intimations and establishes a clear framework for corporate communication.
