Jindal Poly Investment Appoints Ghanshyam Dass Singal as Additional MD

Jindal Poly Investment and Finance Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Ghanshyam Dass Singal as an Additional Director, designated as Additional Managing Director. He has also been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further term of five years, effective August 10, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Singal, a commerce graduate and chartered accountant, brings over 25 years of experience in MIS and Finance and is not debarred from holding a director position. He is not related to any existing director of the company.
