Jindal Stainless Appoints Kunjal Mehta as CFO

Jindal Stainless Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Kunjal Mehta as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective June 25, 2026. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on recommendations from the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Tarun Kumar Khulbe will relinquish his additional responsibility as CFO, while continuing in his role as CEO & Whole-time Director. The company also approved the re-classification of PT Glory Metal Indonesia as an associate, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Mehta brings over 25 years of experience in finance across various sectors.
