Jindal Worldwide Appoints Two New Directors

Jindal Worldwide Limited announced changes in its management following a Board of Directors meeting held on November 5, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Vipulkumar Motibhai Patel as an Additional Director, designated as Executive Director for a term of five years. Additionally, Mr. Alpesh Fatehsingh Purohit was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as a Non-Executive Independent Director for an initial term of two years. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval. The meeting also reviewed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with the auditor's limited review report. A postal ballot notice for shareholder approval was also approved.
