JITF Infralogistics Appoints Two New Directors

JITF Infralogistics Ltd announced the appointment of Mrs. Sarita Agrawal as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director and Mr. Munduru Veerachary as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Director. Both appointments are effective from November 5, 2026. The Board of Directors approved these appointments during their meeting held on November 5, 2026. Mrs. Agrawal brings over three decades of entrepreneurial experience across various industries. Mr. Veerachary holds an engineering degree and has extensive experience in setting up Greenfield and Brownfield projects, including waste-to-energy plants, and possesses expertise in steam economy measures. Neither director has inter-se relationships with existing board members or is debarred from holding office.
