ICICI Prudential MF Crosses 5% Stake in JK Lakshmi Cement

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 7,50,000 shares of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. on June 08, 2026, via open market purchase. This acquisition has increased their total shareholding to 5.586% of the paid-up capital. The fund stated that these acquisitions are for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
