JMJ Fintech Revises Dividend Record Date to Sep 22

JMJ Fintech Limited has revised the record date for its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Annual General Meeting (AGM), originally scheduled for September 17, 2026, has been rescheduled to September 29, 2026. Consequently, the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend of Rs. 0.15 per equity share has been revised from the earlier intimation of August 18, 2026, to September 22, 2026. All other terms related to the dividend remain unchanged.
