JMJ Fintech Revises Dividend Record Date to Sep 22

JMJ Fintech Limited has revised the record date for its final dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially scheduled for September 17, 2026, has been postponed to September 29, 2026. Consequently, the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the proposed final dividend of ₹0.15 per equity share has been rescheduled to Tuesday, September 22, 2026. All other terms related to the dividend remain unchanged. The dividend payment will be made within 30 days of the AGM's conclusion, subject to shareholder approval and tax deductions.
