JSW Holdings: Book Closure for AGM & Annual Report Distribution

JSW Holdings Ltd has announced the book closure dates for determining the register of members entitled to receive the Annual Report. The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 6, 2026. Consequently, the company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from July 27, 2026, to July 29, 2026, inclusive. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26 and the AGM notice will be dispatched to eligible shareholders in due course. This intimation is made in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
