JSW Infrastructure Director Steps Down as Advisor

JSW Infrastructure Ltd announced that Mr. Lalit Singhvi, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, has stepped down from his role as an advisor effective August 31, 2026, due to personal commitments. He will continue to serve as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mr. Singhvi has also resigned from the Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Finance Committee, and Business Investment Committee. The company stated that the board and committee compositions remain compliant with regulations.
