JSW Infrastructure Signs Concession Agreement for Kolkata Port Project

JSW Infrastructure Ltd, through its wholly owned subsidiary JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal Private Limited (JSWCTPL), has entered into a Concession Agreement with Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority, Kolkata. This agreement is for the Integrated Development of Outer Container Terminal & Berth no. 1 through 5 at Netaji Subhash Dock on a Design Build Finance Operate Transfer basis. This development, combined with a previous agreement for Berth Nos. 7 and 8, will bring the aggregate capacity under both concessions to approximately 1.4 Million TEU per annum, to be developed in phases.
