Mahindra Lifespace to develop Bengaluru land parcel worth ₹1,250 Cr

Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. announced the joint development of a 10.05-acre land parcel in North Bengaluru. The project is estimated to yield approximately 1 million sq. ft. of saleable area with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around INR 1,250 crore. The development will primarily consist of premium residential apartments. This project, located near Kempegowda International Airport, strengthens MLDL's presence in North Bengaluru, adding to its existing portfolio in the region. The company plans to launch the project within the next nine months.
