JSW Infrastructure Subsidiary Gets LOI for Inland Container Depot

JSW Port Logistics Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Ltd, has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Inter-Ministerial Committee, Ministry of Finance, for setting up an Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Village Kudathini, Ballari District, Karnataka. This marks the first ICD in the Ballari region, aimed at handling import/export cargo. The project is to be operational within one year from the LOI issuance. This development is part of the company's broader objective to develop a Multi-Modal Logistics Park, building upon its earlier acquisition of a brownfield rail siding in the same location.
