JSW Steel Finalized NCLT Order for Amalgamation of ARCL, MCL, JRDL

JSW Steel Limited has received the final order from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai, sanctioning the scheme of amalgamation. This scheme involves the merger of Amba River Coke Limited (ARCL), Monnet Cement Limited (MCL), and JSW Retail and Distribution Limited (JRDL) with JSW Steel Limited (JSL). The NCLT pronounced its order on July 2, 2026, and the order was made available on the NCLT website on the same date. The amalgamation will become effective upon the filing of the certified order with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, by all involved companies. JSW Steel will provide further intimation regarding the effective date of the scheme.
