Jungle Camps Files ₹54.26 Lakh Civil Suit Against Land Sellers

Jungle Camps India Ltd has filed a civil suit for the recovery of Rs. 54,26,522/- against the sellers of a land parcel in Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh. The company alleges that the sellers deliberately concealed a pre-existing legal dispute regarding the land, despite declarations in the Sale Deed. The total consideration for the land was Rs. 1,79,45,000 plus Rs. 8,81,522 for stamp duty and registration. The company has already received Rs. 1.34 Crore as per a High Court order, and the current suit seeks the remaining amount and stamp duty paid.
