Jupiter Infomedia: Promoter Reclassification Approved

Jupiter Infomedia Ltd's board approved the reclassification request from four promoters and promoter group members: Mr. Umesh Vasantlal Modi, Mrs. Manisha Umesh Modi, Mrs. Kusumben Vasantlal Modi, and Ms. Aishwarya Umesh Modi. The board also approved raising funds through a preferential issue of warrants up to ₹50 crores, altering the Memorandum of Association for object, name, and capital clauses, shifting the registered office to Gujarat, opening a branch office in Ahmedabad, and appointing Ms. Payal Dhamecha and Mr. Ankit Dave as Independent and Professional Executive Directors, respectively, subject to shareholder approval.
