Jupiter Infomedia to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary in UAE

Jupiter Infomedia Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to be named Arix Metals Trading FZCO. The company also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with auditors' limited review reports. Additionally, a draft scheme of arrangement for the proportionate distribution of equity shares of Jineshvar Securities Private Limited to Jupiter Infomedia shareholders was considered. The company also noted its name change to Arix Energix Limited, effective July 17, 2026.
