RHPL Acquires 30.94% Stake, Refex Renewables Becomes Subsidiary

Refex Holding Private Limited (RHPL) has acquired 13,91,869 equity shares, representing 30.94% of the paid-up equity share capital, of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited through an inter-se transfer from Promoter Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited. This acquisition, combined with RHPL's existing 43.92% shareholding, brings its total stake to 74.87%. Consequently, Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited has become a subsidiary of RHPL effective August 14, 2026, as per Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
