Refex Holding Acquires 30.94% Stake in Refex Renewables

Refex Holding Private Limited has acquired 13,91,869 equity shares, representing 30.94% of the paid-up equity share capital of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited. This acquisition was executed through inter-se transfers from promoter entity Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited. The transaction, valued at ₹142.47 per share, is part of an internal restructuring among promoters and promoter group. Following the acquisition, Refex Holding's shareholding in Refex Renewables increases from 43.92% to 74.86%. This transaction is exempted from an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011.
