Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Acquires Land for ₹150 Cr in Pune

Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Ltd has entered into a sale agreement to acquire land measuring approximately 11,452.07 square meters in Village Pune City (Bibvewadi), District Pune, for a total consideration of ₹150 Crores. This acquisition follows a previous announcement regarding land leased in South Pune. The company's Board of Directors also approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary and reviewed the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The board meeting took place on October 23, 2026.
