EBIX Ltd: Board Approves Director Changes and Committee Reconstitution

EBIX Ltd announced changes in its Board of Directors and reconstitution of various committees following resolutions passed by circulation on October 6, 2026. Three Independent Directors, Ms. Ila Gupta, Mr. Anil Kumar, and Mr. Devender Kumar Garg, have ceased their roles. Concurrently, Dr. Praveen Kumar Gupta, Dr. Satvir Singh Deswal, and Dr. Viney Kapoor Mehra have been appointed as Additional Directors in the Non-Executive Independent category. These changes are in line with the company's governance framework, applicable regulations, and directions from the NCLT. The company also approved the nomination of Mr. Ravi Kumar Gupta as Director and Chairman of Ebix Inc. The reconstitution of Board committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders' Relationship committees, has also been completed.
