Jyothy Labs Recommends Final Dividend of ₹3.50 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Jyothy Labs Ltd, in its meeting on May 04, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share of Re. 1 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval. The record date for determining dividend entitlement is set as Monday, June 29, 2026, with payment/dispatch scheduled on or after July 14, 2026, pending approval at the Annual General Meeting.
