Jyoti Ltd has announced its 82nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means. The meeting agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the appointment of a director, ratification of cost auditors' remuneration for FY 2026-27, and a special resolution to authorize the Board of Directors to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of the whole or substantially the whole of the company's undertaking(s). The proposed sale proceeds may be used for debt repayment and working capital.
