Jyoti Ltd Secures ₹6.63 Cr LOI for VCB Panels

Jyoti Ltd's Switchgear Division has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a repeat order valued at approximately ₹663.71 Lakhs (inclusive of GST) from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO). The order is for the supply of 86 units of 11 KV VCB Panels. The terms include inclusive packing, forwarding, freight, insurance, and GST at 18%. A guarantee of 60 months from commissioning or 66 months from supply is stipulated. The order is to be executed by January 7, 2027.
