Jyoti Ltd's NCLT Application Dismissed; Company to Appeal

Jyoti Ltd has received an order from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai, dismissing its application filed under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The application was against M/s. Marg Limited for an operational debt of approximately ₹22.67 crores. The NCLT dismissed the application on August 7, 2026. Jyoti Ltd intends to appeal this order before the appropriate authority and is taking necessary steps.
