Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Ltd. Approves Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine Months Ended 31st December, 2025

The Board of Directors of Jyoti Resins and Adhesives Limited approved the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025. The meeting was held on 9th February 2026 and the results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board. The results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules,2015 and other accounting principles generally accepted in India.
