Jyoti Structures Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is effective from October 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. The company has stated that the exact date for the board meeting to declare these results will be intimated in due course. During this period, all officers, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares. Additionally, as per SEBI circulars, the PAN of designated persons and their immediate relatives will be frozen by the National Securities Depository Limited for trading.
