Jyoti Structures Wins ₹949.35 Cr Orders from Power Grid Corp

Jyoti Structures Ltd has announced receiving Notifications of Award (NOA) from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for two transmission line projects. The total value of these orders, covering Lot 1 and Lot 2, amounts to ₹949.35 Crores, excluding GST. The scope of work includes the supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of ±800 kV HVDC transmission lines on a turnkey basis. The completion period for these projects is 38 months from the date of the NOA. None of the promoters or their group companies have any interest in Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, and these transactions do not fall under related party transactions.
