K M Sugar Mills: NCLT Sanctions Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger

K M Sugar Mills Ltd has received sanction from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, for its Scheme of Arrangement involving the demerger of its Distillery Division. The demerged undertaking will be transferred to KM Spirits and Allied Industries Limited. The order, pronounced on August 19, 2026, is now available on the NCLT portal. The appointed date for this demerger is April 1, 2026. This follows earlier intimations and approvals from shareholders and creditors.
