Kaira Can Company Appoints Chandrahas Zaveri as Independent Director

Kaira Can Company Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Chandrahas Vinod Zaveri as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on May 25, 2026, is for an initial term of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 63rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Zaveri, aged 39, holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and brings expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing, LEAN operations, business performance management, and corporate governance. He is currently the Managing Director of Neo Wires and Allied Products Private Limited and has no relation to existing directors or KMPs.
