Kaira Can Company Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window from 1st April, 2026

Kaira Can Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 1st April, 2026. This decision comes in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its amendments, and the 'Policy on Disclosure and Internal Procedure for Prevention of Insider Trading' adopted by the Company. The trading window for all connected/designated persons of the Company will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 to the public. All Directors, Connected persons, and designated persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
