Kalpataru Projects Forms New Wholly Owned Subsidiary in India

Kalpataru Projects International Ltd (KPIL) has announced the incorporation of a new wholly owned subsidiary, LM Operation Center India Private Limited, on August 14, 2026. This entity was established by Linjemontage I Grästorp AB (LMG AB), a first-level step-down subsidiary of KPIL. The new subsidiary, with an authorized capital of ₹3,00,00,000 and subscribed capital of ₹1,50,00,000, is intended to establish an operation center in India to enhance LMG AB's project and engineering execution capabilities. The incorporation is considered a related party transaction as LMG AB holds 100% equity, but no promoter or group company has an interest. The subsidiary has yet to commence business operations.
