NIIT Learning Systems Subsidiary to be Dissolved

NIIT Learning Systems Limited announced that its step-down wholly owned subsidiary, MST Holding GmbH, Germany, has decided to voluntarily dissolve and wind up its own subsidiary, MST Shanghai Co. Limited, effective August 31, 2026. MST Shanghai has been an inoperative entity since its acquisition by NIIT (Ireland) Limited in July 2025. The dissolution is subject to regulatory approvals and customary procedures. The company stated this action will not materially impact its operations or financial statements and is intended to streamline the corporate structure. It will also not alter the shareholding pattern of other subsidiaries.
