Kalyan Jewellers Sells Coimbatore Land for ₹86.16 Cr

Kalyan Jewellers India Ltd has announced the sale of its immovable property located in Coimbatore for a consideration of ₹86.16 crores. The sale deed was executed on September 30, 2026. The property, measuring approximately 783.25 Cents, was situated at Thudiyalur, Saravanampatty Road, Chinnavedampatty. The company stated that no business operations were conducted on this land, and therefore, the sale will not impact its ongoing business activities. Furthermore, the transaction does not constitute a sale of the whole or substantially the whole of the undertaking as per the Companies Act, 2013. The buyer is Shivasakthi Real Estates, Chennai, and they do not belong to the promoter, promoter group, or group companies. This transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
