Kronox Lab Sciences: Pritesh Ramani Sells 23.088% Stake

Pritesh Vinodchandra Ramani has sold 67,11,200 equity shares, representing 23.088% of the total paid-up equity share capital, in Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. The shares were sold to Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited via an off-market transaction on September 29, 2026, as per a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026. Following this sale, Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited, along with its PAC Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited, has acquired the right to exercise 64.26% of the voting rights in Kronox Lab Sciences Limited and has become the promoter of the company. The total equity share capital of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited is valued at INR 37,10,40,000, comprising 3,71,04,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each.
