Indo Borax Acquires 64.26% Stake in Kronox Lab Sciences

Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited, along with its PAC Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited, has acquired 2,38,44,000 equity shares in Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. This acquisition represents approximately 64.26% of the total paid-up equity share capital, making Indo Borax the new promoter of Kronox Lab Sciences. The transaction was an off-market purchase executed via a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026. The total consideration for the acquisition was INR 37,10,40,000.
