Indo Borax Acquires 23.088% Stake in Kronox Lab Sciences

Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd, along with its PAC Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited, has acquired 85,66,400 equity shares in Kronox Lab Sciences Limited. This transaction represents a 23.088% stake in the company and was executed via an off-market sale for a total consideration of ₹37,10,40,000. Following this acquisition, Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd has become the promoter of Kronox Lab Sciences Limited, gaining the right to exercise 64.26% of the voting rights. The seller in this transaction was Ketan Vinodchandra Ramani.
