Jogindersingh Gianchand Jaswal, a seller in Kronox Lab Sciences Ltd, has sold 85,66,400 equity shares, representing 23.08% of the company's total paid-up equity share capital. The off-market sale was made to Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited and Zenrock Chemicals Private Limited (PAC) pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated August 20, 2026. Prior to this transaction, the seller held 97,96,400 shares (26.40%). Following the sale, the seller's holding in Kronox Lab Sciences Ltd stands at 12,30,000 shares, which constitutes 3.32% of the total share capital.
