According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Ashadevi Goenka has acquired 1,14,294 shares of Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd, representing 1.03% of the total share and voting capital. The acquisition was made via the open market on 10th March 2026. The total share capital and voting capital of Kamadgiri Fashion Ltd after the acquisition stands at Rs. 5,86,93,710/- (58,69,371 shares at Rs.10/- each). The total diluted share and voting capital of the company after the acquisition also stands at Rs. 5,86,93,710/- (58,69,371 shares at Rs.10/- each).
