Kamat Hotels Appoints Milind Wadekar as New CFO

Kamat Hotels (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Milind Wadekar as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. Mr. Wadekar officially joined the company on August 01, 2026. He brings over 30 years of extensive experience in finance, including more than two decades in the hospitality sector. His expertise spans finance, business strategy, mergers & amalgamations, risk management, treasury, taxation, and investor relations. Previously, he held significant roles at Ventive Hospitality Limited and Chalet Hotels Limited, where he was instrumental in optimizing financial performance and enhancing shareholder value.
