Kansai Nerolac Recommends 250% Dividend for FY26

Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd's board has recommended a dividend of 250% (₹2.50 per share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This compares to the 375% (₹3.75 per share) dividend paid for FY25, which included a special dividend of 125% (₹1.25 per share). The 106th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 9, 2026. Dividend, when declared, will be payable on or after July 14, 2026, to shareholders registered as of June 29, 2026.
