Karamtara Engineering to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Karamtara Engineering Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in India. The proposed entity, tentatively named Karamtara Defence & Aerospace Limited, will focus on defence, aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, technology development, and research & development activities. The WOS will be established through a 100% subscription to its share capital in cash at face value, with Karamtara Engineering Limited holding 100% of the shares. This move signifies a strategic expansion into the defence and aerospace sectors.
