Kaveri Seed Appoints M. Bhanu Prakash as CFO

Kaveri Seed Company Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. M. Bhanu Prakash as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 28, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, and declared an interim dividend of 250% (₹5 per equity share) for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the company plans to incorporate wholly-owned subsidiaries in eight countries to strengthen its international presence and facilitate market development.
