Kaynes Technology Closes Trading Window for Q1 FY27

Kaynes Technology India Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut from July 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. During this period, designated persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's equity shares or other securities.
