KEC Int'l Appoints Deloitte as Statutory Auditor

KEC International Ltd has appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as its Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held in 2027 until the conclusion of the 27th AGM in 2032, subject to member approval. The current Statutory Auditor, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, will continue until the 22nd AGM. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on May 16, 2026.
