Keerthi Industries FY26: Revenue ₹93.59 Cr, Net Loss ₹152.88 Lakh

Revenue from operations for FY26 stood at ₹9359.11 Lakhs compared to ₹9666.97 Lakhs in FY25. The company reported a net loss of ₹1528.83 Lakhs for FY26, compared to a net loss of ₹2277.22 Lakhs in FY25. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s. Vasireddy and Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27 and transfer of unclaimed dividend to Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority.
