Keerthi Industries Re-appoints Vasireddy as Cost Auditor

Keerthi Industries Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Vasireddy and Associates, Practicing Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. The re-appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 27, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. M/s. Vasireddy and Associates is represented by Mr. V. Arunodaya Babu, who has over three decades of experience in cost record maintenance and auditing across various industries.
