The Board approved the resignation of Ms. Aesha Mashru from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel), effective from the close of business hours on October 12, 2026. Concurrently, based on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee's recommendation, the Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Riddhi Parshwa Shah (ACS: A53702) as the new Company Secretary (designated as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer), effective from October 15, 2026. Mrs. Shah is an Associate member of ICSI with over 8 years of experience in secretarial compliances.
