The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also dispatched the Notice of the 145th AGM and the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 to its members via email on August 18, 2026. Physical copies are dispensed with as per MCA and SEBI circulars. The AGM agenda includes adopting financial statements, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, continuation of directorship for a director over 75 years, and approval of material related party transactions with VIP Industries Limited, up to an aggregate value of ₹2,50,00,000.
