Kesar India invests in Triinfinity Realty LLP with 33.33% stake

Kesar India Ltd has executed an LLP Agreement on May 29, 2026, to subscribe to a 33.33% stake in Triinfinity Realty LLP. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs issued the Certificate of Incorporation for Triinfinity Realty LLP on May 27, 2026. The initial capital contribution for the 33.33% share in the LLP's profit and loss is ₹33,333. Triinfinity Realty LLP, incorporated in Nagpur, India, on May 25, 2026, is yet to commence business operations with a total fixed capital of ₹1,00,000.
